Compared with plastic films produced with extrusion blow molding process, the plastic film produced with extrusion flow casting process has the advanges such as good transparency, uniform thickness and hightensile strength, and is widely used in all kinds of packing such as palletizing packing, horizontal packing, whirly wrap, bundling, bulk packing, storage packing, handy packing and ring packing.

It is composed of the following 10 units: Main transmission unit, material feeding unit, screw extrusion unit, screen joint unit, diehead extrusion molding unit, double-mirror-surface cooling unit, edge cutting unit, edge scrape recovering unit, film winding unit and automatic moving unit etc...
SLW series PVC plastic flow casting film production line is equipped with high-accuracy digital temperature controller as well as overload protector, leakage protector and overvoltage protector, so as to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment. Reducer parts adopt surface heat quenching and tempering gear box which is specilizing in plastic extruder. With low noise, high precision, transmission placid, high efficiency and long-term life-span. Accessory parts adopt centralize transmission theory, transmission part adopt gear box to transmit which own high precision, convenient operation. Accessory parts adopt automatic moving, transmission make the operation more simple.
