High speed snacks vertical packing machine

Brief Introduction: High speed model continues Vertical form fill seal machine working with 14 heads/ 16 heads/ 20 heads multihead weigher can be use for packing potato chips, pasta, corn flakes, totopos, tortillas, jositos all kinds of puffing food packing in pillow bag or gusset bag. Which fast packing speed can reach 90-150 bags per minute. The high speed vertical packing machine can mainly save the workers in production.

Vertical Vfs Packing Machine can independently complete the bag making, filling (air filling or exhausting), sealing, cutting, code printing, and bag counting, etc. It's good for packing chips or irregular shape material. With automatic bag making, filling, sealing, exhaust(or nitrogen blowing), date printing, counting, finished products output and metal detector.

Safety and Hygiene:

No film, machine will alarm.

Machine alarm and stop when the inadequate air pressure.

Safety guards with safety-switches, machine alarm and stop when the safety guards are opened.

Hygienic construction, the product contact parts are adopted sus304 stainless steel.

APPLICATION:

It is new designed high speed weigher suitable for weighing of granule, slice, roll or irregular shape materials such as candy, seeds, plum, jelly, fries, coffee granule, peanut, puffy food, biscuit, chocolate, nut, yogurt pet food, frozen foods, etc. It is also suitable for weighing small hardware and plastic component.
